Citroën Offers Terms and Conditions

Cars

On the road recommended retail price (MRRP OTR) includes VAT, delivery to dealer including number plates and VAT, Government First Registration Fee and 12 months’ graduated vehicle excise duty.
All offers are subject to stock availability, from participating dealers.
* Manufacturer’s recommended retail “on the road” prices to qualifying customers ordering and registering their qualifying new Citroën car between 1st January 2010 and 31st March 2010. Offer applies to vehicles from stock and is therefore subject to stock availability from participating dealers, excluding National Fleet, Motability and Contract Hire schemes. Offer only applies to retail and Driving School registrations.
Finance offers apply to qualifying new vehicles ordered and registered between 1st January 2010 and 31st March 2010. Offers available to qualifying retail customers (Non Scrappage Programme), excluding Citroën Contract Motoring. All new C1 models excluding C1 1.0i VT 3dr (Elect 3 only), all New C3 , all new C3 Pluriel Cote d’Azur IV models , all new C3 Picasso models excluding 1.4 VTi 95hp VT, all new Nemo Multispace models (Elect 3 only), all new C4 Coupe models, all New C4 Hatchback models, all New Berlingo Multispace models, all new C4 Picasso models , all new Grand C4 Picasso models, all new C5 models are included in the finance offers shown. Finance offers apply to UK Mainland only. All Elect 3 products quoted with compulsory Citroen Assistance.

Customer servicing offer
£199 Servicing Contract offer designed specifically when purchasing a qualifying new vehicle which will cover less than 12,000 miles per year, our fixed price servicing package lasts for 36 months or 35,000 miles (whichever comes first). Included within this offer are: Scheduled Servicing, Annual Service and Brake Fluid Replacement.
On qualifying new vehicles only, cars that benefit from the Scrappage Campaign are excluded from this offer, prices include VAT @ 17.5%
Offer applies when purchasing a qualifying new passenger vehicle except C3 First, Xsara Picasso, C8 and Combi models ordered and registered between 1st January and 31st March 2010.

CITROËN Scrappage
Citroën Scrappage Scheme allowances featured throughout this website apply to all new Citroën Cars and Light Commercial Vehicles (up to 3500kg). Scrappage allowance consists of £1,000 (Non-Vatable) Government Scrappage Subsidy for Cars and LCV’s funded by the Government and a further up to £6,000 (including VAT) Cashback funded by Citroën UK. The Citroën Scrappage Scheme applies to customers trading in a qualifying Cars first registered on or before 29th February 2000 or a qualifying Light Commercial Vehicles on or before 28th February 2002 against the purchase of a qualifying new Citroën vehicle ordered between 1st January and 28th February 2010. For a vehicle to qualify for the Citroën Scrappage Scheme allowance the full terms and conditions of the Government Scheme must be met. The terms and conditions of the Citroën Scrappage scheme can be summarised as follows:

Only applicable to customers with a Car first registered in the United Kingdom on or before 29th February 2000 (up to and including T reg) which is scrapped via a Government approved Authorised Treatment Facility (ATF).

·         Only applicable to customers with a Van first registered in the United Kingdom on or before
          28th February 2002 (up to and including T reg) which is scrapped via a Government approved
          Authorised Treatment Facility (ATF).

·         The vehicle to be scrapped must have been registered in the customer’s name for a minimum of 12
          months.

·         The customer name and address in which the new vehicle is registered must be a UK address and
          match exactly to that shown on the V5 of the vehicle to be scrapped.

·         The vehicle to be scrapped must have had a valid M.O.T (or Hackney Carriage License) at least 14
          days prior to the dealership declaring the corresponding new car order to Citroën UK and a valid
          tax disc at the point of order.

·         The vehicle to be scrapped must not be subject to any finance arrangement.

·         Applies to Retail, Business, National Fleet and Motability Outright Purchase customers – subject to
          the new vehicle being registered to the customer’s own name and UK address.

·         New vehicles funded through Leasing and Contract Hire packages do not qualify.

·         Only one claim may be submitted for each new vehicle purchased.

Contract Hire Rates
Contract Hire rentals include: delivery to dealership, Citroen Roadside Assistance, Government Vehicle Excise Duty, Government First Registration Fee for the period of the contract. Offers for business users only. Finance subject to status. Guarantees may be required. Over 18s only. Excess mileage charges will apply if you exceed the agreed annual mileage. All rentals are subject to VAT. Prices correct at the time of going to press. Citroen Contract Motoring reserves the right to amend any of the rentals quoted without notice.

Warranty
3 years’ warranty is only on new cars sourced from Citroën UK Limited. 2 years’ unlimited mileage manufacturer’s warranty and no fee customer option of 3rd year dealer provided extended warranty, up to a 3 year total of 60,000 miles.
C4, C4 Picasso and Xsara Picasso offers are mutually exclusive.

Vans

*Van prices quoted are Manufacturer’s Recommended Basic prices and are exclusive of VAT, delivery to dealer and number plates, Government first registration fee and Road Fund Licence are applicable to vehicles ordered and registered between 1st January and 31st March 2010.

3 Years Smartnav offer available on all new Citroën Berlingo, Dispatch and Relay panel van models ordered and registered between 1st January and 31st March 2010. Additional free 3 years Safe Speed Camera Alert offer (worth £327 RRP) also available on these models when ordered between 1st February - 28th February 2010, subject to stock availability.

All Citroën Accessories prices are Recommended Retail Prices including VAT and excluding fitting. Any prices shown do not constitute a binding offer and are available at participating dealers only. Contact your dealer to understand accessory availability and the exact price. For an accessory that requires fitting by a Citroën dealer, the warranty will be affected if another party fits the accessory.

Contract Hire rental includes: delivery to dealership, Citroën Roadside Assistance, Government Vehicle Excise Duty and Government First Registration Fee.
